We’ve seen how easily a movement’s message can shift. For example, when Black Lives Matter protests grow heated or turn violent, public attention often drifts away from the original purpose, and the core intention begins to fade. That’s why any protest around ICE needs a different strategy.
It must remain peaceful, but, more importantly, it must be accessible. Participation should feel simple, safe, and woven into everyday life, not like something that requires confrontation and violence.
So we’re proposing something symbolic and easy to replicate: order an iced drink with no ice, share it on social media, and let that small act carry our message daily.
